The Crown Estate has sold a continuous terrace of properties on Harley Street in the fashionable London district of Marylebone to The Howard de Walden Estate for £34 million.
Changing hands for the first time in over 470 years, the freehold block comprising 8,800 m² (95,000 ft²) of medical and residential accommodation is spread across 14 terraced properties and mews properties to the rear.
126-154 Harley Street is located at the north end of Harley Street towards the junction with Marylebone Road. To the rear is Park Crescent Mews West, which forms part of this unique portfolio and acts as the southern gateway to London’s historic Regent’s Park.
